The Seasoning Storm: Aggressively shake the ramen seasoning powder over the top until the surface looks like a desert of spice. 4. The Oil Slick: Drizzle the chili oil in a way that makes the entire bowl look dangerously slippery. 5. The Silent Sentinel: Place the single, unpeeled garlic clove right in the center of the red abyss, staring back at the consumer like a judgmental eye. 6. Consumption: Consume while wearing protective eyewear and holding a gallon of milk. Do not blink.
