Biography
Asami is the middlest of the three Nagase sisters. When her mother died she chose to leave her home and become a mercenary. After several fruitless jobs she hooked up with a group of shady sell-swords. Although the money was good, the jobs were shady. She'd often find herself shaking down honest folk for protection money or protecting wealthy land owners from farmers only trying to scrape by.
After several months of sketchy jobs she quit, deciding that she'd rather be poor than continue oppressing people and defending assholes. Broke and aimless she decided to go fight in the mist wars. It was here she learned the ways of the Revenant as well as got her first combat experience. After several years of constant fighting she returned home only to realize her family and her friends believed her to be dead.
She's since made new friends, reunited with Nayumi and Ikumi, and joined the Lionguard. She's much happier now but she's not regretful of her experiences as they've helped shape her into the woman she is today.
