Technology and administration specialist with decades of work in public sector finance, administration, and customer service as well as years of systems administrator and programming work. I'm seeking a more permanent position either in University Administration or a Systems Administrator and Frontend Specialist.

  • Frontend
    Decades of experience with HTML, CSS, and JS. This started out as something of a hobby for me in highschool and has since become a large majority of my freelance work. I also have plenty of experience with large, modern frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwindcss.
  • Backend
    Most of my websites are built using PHP but I have some experience with node.js and rails. Beyond webdev, I also know how to code in Python as well as Ruby, I can script in bash, batch, and powershell.
  • Data Management
    I have decades of experience with MariaDB/MySQL as well as PosgreSQL. My experience is not limited to large, functional databases though, and I have experience reading and writing json, yaml, and xml.
  • Basic Computing
    Almost three decades of experience now with the Microsoft Office suite. I am extremely proficient in Word, as it was used extensively while I worked as freelance writer and layout artist. I am proficient as well in Excel and have an excellent understanding of macros and other automation.
    My primary operating system of choice these days may be Arch Linux, but I have used every version of Windows since 3.1 and had used MacOS as a primary operating system for a decade.
